Cancellation Policy
Elle Style Studio Cancellation Policy:
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 35% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients with repeat same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be rebooked at Elle Style Studio.
I understand the extenuating circumstances, such as sudden illness or family emergencies, do arrive. In these situations, we truly appreciate you choosing to reschedule rather than risk spreading illness. Each case will be handled with care and understanding.
I value your time as much as I mine, and this policy allows me to continue providing quality service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
